Reserv is an insurtech company founded by insurance veterans and backed by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures. The company is building AI and automation technology to modernize claims processing, automating highly manual tasks for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters.
The Integration Security Director will lead security and development processes across Reserv's expanding SaaS product portfolio, scaling operations to enterprise-class standards. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on integrating security best practices with development workflows as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor telemetry and application stack health for the SaaS platform
- Ensure architecture meets regulatory requirements for the insurance industry
- Build and maintain monitoring infrastructure, establish SLAs, and define deployment guidelines
- Maintain customer SLAs and work with business continuity/disaster recovery teams to ensure uptime and resiliency
- Implement health monitoring for cloud components with actionable insights
- Develop, tune, and audit security policies, goals, and tools across the platform
Requirements:
- 5+ years of cloud development, deployment, and monitoring experience
- Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Extensive GitHub experience
- Extensive AWS, Azure, or GCP experience
- Extensive experience building, running, debugging, supporting, and maintaining enterprise web applications
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Programming, IT, or related field
- Automation experience
- Multi-tenancy and multi-cloud experience
- Cloud-related certifications
