Salary: USD 133,500 - 200,300 / annual
Harvey is seeking an Integrations Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations connecting core enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, and Snowflake. You will develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL syncs that enable GTM, Finance, People Ops, and other teams to operate from trusted data.
Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable integration designs and data mappings; troubleshooting data sync issues, schema mismatches, and API failures; implementing strong error handling, logging, alerting, and validation practices for business-critical workflows; and partnering with Finance Systems, GTM Systems, People Ops, and IT stakeholders on Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, order management, billing, and employee lifecycle workflows.
You will document integration designs, dependencies, and runbooks to enable team scaling and knowledge sharing. This is the third Integrations Engineer hire, and you will work closely with the Lead Integrations Engineer to develop the foundations and architecture of the integrations function.
Required: 3–5+ years in integration engineering, software engineering, or related backend systems roles. Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato) and enterprise SaaS systems. Strong understanding of modern API patterns (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, SCIM). Ability to write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders. Comfort operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguous requirements.
Bonus: Reverse ETL and data warehousing experience; familiarity with Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, or ERP workflows; background in high-growth B2B SaaS, legal tech, or enterprise AI; exposure to identity lifecycle and provisioning integrations.
