Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services, with 2400+ customers across 70+ countries. As Integration Engineer, Enterprise Systems (the third hire in this function), you will design, build, and maintain integrations connecting core business systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, and Snowflake.
You will develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL syncs that enable GTM, Finance, People Ops, and other teams to operate from trusted data. Working closely with the Lead Integrations Engineer, you'll translate business requirements into scalable, observable, and maintainable integration designs and data mappings. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting data sync issues, schema mismatches, API failures, and workflow exceptions; implementing strong error handling, logging, alerting, and validation practices; and partnering with Finance Systems and GTM stakeholders on Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, order management, billing, and reporting workflows.
You'll also support employee lifecycle and identity workflows, document integration designs and runbooks to reduce knowledge silos, and establish integration platform standards for API usage, data modeling, and production readiness. This is a hands-on builder role requiring technical depth to debug failures and write scripts, systems judgment to avoid tech debt, and stakeholder empathy to navigate tradeoffs between speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Required: 3–5+ years in integration engineering, software engineering, or backend systems roles. Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato) and enterprise SaaS integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake). Strong understanding of modern API patterns (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, SCIM). Ability to write scripts and debug integration failures. Clear communication with technical and non-technical partners.
