Salary: USD 133,500 - 200,300 / annual
Harvey is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations connecting core enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, and Snowflake. You will develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL syncs that enable GTM, Finance, People Ops, and other teams to operate from trusted data sources.
You will translate business requirements into scalable, observable integration designs and data mappings. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting data sync issues, schema mismatches, and API failures; implementing strong error handling, logging, alerting, and validation practices; and partnering with Finance Systems, GTM Systems, People Ops, and IT stakeholders on critical workflows including Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, order management, billing, employee lifecycle, and identity-adjacent processes.
This is the third Integrations Engineer hire and you will work closely with the Lead Integrations Engineer to develop the foundations and architecture of the integrations function. You will document integration designs, dependencies, runbooks, and operational procedures to enable team scaling beyond single-owner knowledge.
You bring 3–5+ years of experience in integration engineering, business systems engineering, or backend systems roles. You have hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato) and enterprise SaaS systems. You understand modern API patterns (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, SCIM) and can write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for transformations and automation. You have strong troubleshooting instincts, can communicate tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders, and thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguous requirements. You balance pragmatic execution with building repeatable patterns and operational safeguards.
Bonus experience includes reverse ETL, data warehousing, Lead-to-Cash/Quote-to-Cash workflows, CPQ, billing, ERP systems, high-growth B2B SaaS, legal tech, enterprise AI, or identity lifecycle management.
