The Insurance Services team drives adoption of insurance products (public liability, employer liability, professional indemnity, tools & materials, device cover) across multiple channels. As Lead Country Commercial Manager for Insurance Services in the UK, you will own revenue growth strategy and execution for existing insurance products, lead new product launches to market, and drive external go-to-market campaigns (including above-the-line advertising). You sit at the heart of Tide's commercial function, collaborating across Product, Finance, Business Insights, CRM, and Operations to translate member and commercial insights into product enhancements, positioning, and revenue-driving strategies. Key responsibilities include: • Revenue Ownership & Forecasting: Partner with Finance and stakeholders to set, track, and refine financial projections for insurance products, ensuring accountability and proactive risk/opportunity identification. • Analytics-Driven Insights: Work with the BI team to analyze member behavior, segment audiences, and measure subscription cohort performance. Translate data into recommendations shaping product prioritization, pricing, positioning, and communications. • Product Development: Leverage commercial and analytics insights to partner with Product teams on opportunities. Shape product positioning, product-led growth, and in-app UX; align on roadmaps and support launches with tailored GTM strategies. • Launch Strategy: Lead new product launches, partnering with sales and operations teams to deliver best-in-class experiments. Facilitate workshops to surface creative ideas and implementation plans. • Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders, including Senior Leadership and C-Suite, in a highly collaborative environment. • Commercial & Competitor Intelligence: Lead ongoing research and competitive analysis to monitor trends, benchmark performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen Tide's positioning. • Member Obsession: Champion member needs and insights throughout all commercial decisions. This role requires relentless focus on numbers and members, product prioritization, and detailed planning to hit revenue targets and increase customer lifetime value.
