You'll operate with single-threaded ownership, making unencumbered decisions and moving fast through experimentation. REQUIREMENTS: - Austin location strongly preferred; in-person 4 days per week - 7+ years in P&C insurance distribution, including time running an agency, branch, carrier direct-to-consumer channel, or insurtech agency operation - Active P&C producer license with experience holding or supporting agency licensure across multiple states - Direct experience with carrier appointments, aggregator or cluster relationships, and commission structures - Track record managing licensed producers: hiring, ramping, and performance management - Hands-on experience with agency management systems and comparative raters - Fluency in operating metrics: production, contact rate, close rate, retention, servicing cost per policy - Genuine enthusiasm for using and mastering modern AI tools and workflows
