Langdock is a secure, model-agnostic AI platform used by over 10,000 companies—from fast-growing startups to Europe's largest enterprises—enabling employees to draft strategies, analyze documents, and automate workflows. The company has reached ~$50M ARR while remaining profitable and independent. As Chief of Staff to Judith Dada (Co-CEO), you will be her right hand across all her work at Langdock, in the European AI ecosystem, and beyond. You will extend her reach and impact, structure execution across a wide surface area, and create the conditions for her to do her best work. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct daily collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Run meticulous project management across dozens of topics, spotting bottlenecks before they occur and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Act as an honest broker, synthesizing and pressure-testing plans. - Augment Judith's execution at Langdock by keeping her close to the most important work across the fast-growing product surface (chat, agents, meetings, code, apps, and compute/inference). Prepare her for key decisions and support strategic workstreams. - Produce Judith's ideas by structuring and challenging her thinking, then shaping it into keynotes, essays, videos, panels, interviews, or key events. Turn customer insights and research into thought leadership that shapes how European leaders think about AI. You sharpen thinking and run the operational flow from first idea to finished piece. - Scale executive engagement by designing exceptional rooms and experiences that bring Europe's key AI decision-makers together. Work with go-to-market teams to ensure Judith's external work serves the growing customer base. - Extend Judith's reach into policy and the European AI ecosystem by preparing and following through on policy work and ecosystem initiatives. The role is based in Langdock's Berlin office (Greifswalder Straße 212), where all 65 employees work in person. Judith has a dedicated Executive Assistant for calendar, travel, and admin; you will work closely with them and with Lennard's Chief of Staff on day-to-day matters. The company provides catered meals, gym membership, and coaching resources. The culture emphasizes Calm Urgency, Ambitious Execution, and Caring Ownership. This is positioned as a tour of duty with an explicit commitment of at least two years, with the prospect of shaping a longer-term role once your strengths are clear. Requirements: - A few years of experience in consulting, investing, or a startup that grew quickly. You know how to structure chaos and remain hungry to learn. - Deep fascination with technology and AI, with genuine belief that technological progress can build a better world. - Impeccable taste: you know what good looks like in a sentence, slide, event, and argument, and can act with confidence in Judith's stead. - Range and depth: ability to switch context many times daily and still go deep when it counts. - Fluent in both German and English, with clear writing and strong speaking skills. - Calm judgment and good people-reading skills; ability to hold others accountable with kindness. - Proactive problem-solving: you see issues and fix them without being asked, staying persistent until done. - Discretion and trustworthiness (you will see everything). - Exceptional work ethic and comfort with a highly demanding role that includes some travel.
