Figma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing Paris hub. In this role, you will manage a large book of existing customer accounts, driving expansion and renewal revenue while supporting inbound sales requests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicate with existing customers via email, Zoom, and contract management tools about Figma's platform and pricing
- Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, including adding products or licenses, creating new instances, and upgrading to Enterprise Plan
- Manage inbound billing requests such as processing renewals and changing payment terms or methods
- Close targeted outbound account renewals
- Qualify and handle inbound sales requests
- Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns maximizing expansion and retention across all products
You'll work cross-functionally with Support, Order Management, and Marketing teams. As a founding member of this new team, you'll have the opportunity to shape how the function evolves while building a strong foundation in sales processes and product knowledge. This role offers a clear career path toward Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive positions at Figma.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new products, processes, and policies
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams (Sales, Support, Billing, Marketing)
- Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning

Preferred qualifications:
- B2B SaaS experience
- Customer-facing Sales or Support experience
