Elliptic is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its EMEA Commercial team. You will own the full sales cycle for new business in the Growth segment, managing prospecting, qualifying, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Your territory covers 1,000+ Growth accounts across EMEA with significant inbound interest. Key responsibilities include: - Running the complete sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure across your EMEA territory - Developing net new business and identifying cross-sell opportunities within the Growth segment - Using AI tooling to research, segment, and manage accounts at scale, drafting personalized outreach - Proactively prospecting and qualifying sales opportunities - Conducting product demos and developing custom proposals based on customer requirements - Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals - Collaborating with Customer Success to review license utilization and product adoption, identifying up-sell and cross-sell plays - Owning your quota: meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets, maintaining accurate CRM forecasts, and driving consistent revenue throughout the quarter - Serving as a brand ambassador, embodying Elliptic's values of curiosity, trust, and action In your first six months, you will complete product certifications, map your territory and build a qualified pipeline of 3x quarterly quota, establish recurring utilization reviews with Customer Success, run complete discovery cycles using the Value Pyramid and MEDDPPICC methodology, segment your 1,000+ account patch, and establish a repeatable weekly rhythm to close new business consistently. You thrive as a driven, tenacious hunter who owns their number and finds creative ways to exceed it. You have experience in B2B SaaS and/or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, and/or Crypto. You are commercially curious, asking smart questions and tailoring solutions to customer pain points. You build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, from mid-level managers to C-suites. You are collaborative, agile, resourceful, and fearless—seeing opportunities where others see blockers. You understand customer business models and how digital assets fit into their strategy. You can analyze data to identify market trends and opportunities in cryptocurrency and compliance. You evaluate customer needs in relation to pricing and product terms. You work with pace and energy, building team spirit. You understand complex B2B sales methodologies, are a self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable with changing priorities. You have proven experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong outbound prospecting skills with a track record of generating net new business and pipeline growth. You have a proven track record of quota over-achievement, strong work ethic, and an entrepreneur's mindset—comfortable creating value in low-structure environments while remaining agile and resilient. You have a minimum baseline understanding of digital assets and the crypto economy. You are familiar with MEDDPPICC methodology and Value Based Selling. You are proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), LLMs, and other AI-driven prospecting and work efficiency tools. You are passionate about agentic AI and excited to help customers navigate a rapidly evolving industry. Bonus qualifications include intimate understanding of AML/KYC and Forensics space (either in cryptocurrency or traditional financial environments), experience selling SaaS solutions to crypto-native financial services businesses, fluency or business-level proficiency in European languages, and proven use case and understanding of agentic AI.
