Salary: EUR 40,000 - 48,000 / annual

Doctolib is seeking an Inside Sales Partner to join the Sales team in the Milan office. You will be the first point of contact between Doctolib and specialist physicians, working as part of a professional team dedicated to simplifying healthcare delivery and improving access to healthcare services through Doctolib's solutions. You will manage the complete sales cycle for Doctolib's services, from opportunity generation through contract signature. Key responsibilities include: Prospecting: Contact specialist physicians via phone, email, and other channels to generate new opportunities at scale. Qualify leads and manage cadenced follow-ups to advance the pipeline consistently. Demo and Conversion: Conduct online demos focused on benefits most relevant to the specialist's practice. Handle questions and objections, guiding prospects toward rapid decision-making. Closing and Handover: Present offers and negotiate through to signature with a short sales cycle. Ensure timely handover to the onboarding team for smooth implementation. Pipeline and KPIs: Update the CRM and monitor KPIs (activity, conversion rate, win rate, average closing time) to continuously improve performance. Gather feedback from colleagues and clients to share best practices and contribute to the Italian Sales team's success. The role is full-time, permanent contract with hybrid flexibility (3 days in Milan office, 2 days remote).
