Doctolib is digitizing the German healthcare market with an AI-powered all-in-one platform for medical practices. As a Senior Inside Sales professional in Berlin, you will own your sales territory like your own business, managing the entire sales process from initial contact through close. You will lead healthcare decision-makers through structured, professional consultations conducted digitally, by phone, and via video. You are responsible for your pipeline, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), customer relationships, and growth within your territory. You will analyze the needs of physicians and medical facilities, understand their challenges, and convince them of Doctolib's digital solution. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the complete sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, product presentation, and deal closure - Owning revenue targets and customer relationship management in your sales area - Conducting inside-sales consultations via phone and video with a professional, consultative approach - Tracking performance in Salesforce and using data to continuously refine your sales strategy - Sharing best practices and supporting the team in developing sales processes - Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure optimal customer experience You bring entrepreneurial energy, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B or SaaS sales. You are results-oriented, well-organized, and maintain focus under pressure. You work independently and reliably while being a strong team player. Requirements: - 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments - Demonstrated success in prospecting, discovery, and closing sales - Proven ability to independently manage a sales funnel and close deals - Excellent German language skills (C1 level or higher, written and spoken) - Helpful: good English comprehension for internal training and international collaboration (not required to be fluent; customer calls are in German) - Strong communication, organizational skills, and entrepreneurial mindset - Self-directed, structured, and reliable work style with willingness to take ownership
