As a Sales Executive in the Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) department, you will be at the frontline of Tide's growth in international markets. You'll engage directly with existing Tide members, understand their business needs, and recommend tailored fintech solutions to help them succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calling and engaging existing Tide members to build rapport and uncover sales opportunities
- Pitching, upselling, and cross-selling relevant Tide products and services to maximize member success and revenue growth
- Staying informed about upcoming product launches and helping shape their market introduction
- Consistently achieving individual and team KPIs in a data-driven, performance-focused environment
- Providing feedback on leads, scripts, and campaigns to improve sales effectiveness
- Accurately logging all interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in CRM tools
- Taking ownership of ad-hoc projects supporting Tide's commercial growth
A significant advantage of this role is that Tide provides pre-qualified member data based on behavioral insights, so you won't need to source your own leads. This allows you to focus on relationship-building, closing sales, and hitting targets.
The role requires working UK-aligned hours from India and collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue-based targets
- Skilled in consultative sales with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented with a passion for helping businesses succeed
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level preferred) with professional telephone manner
- Adaptable and open to working UK-aligned hours from international locations
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Kustomer or similar) and working in data-driven environments
- Collaborative nature with ability to own and deliver on personal KPIs
- Curious about fintech, SME banking, and financial services innovation
Bonus qualifications:
- Previous financial services sales experience
- Understanding of UK business culture and SME customer behavior
