Unseenlabs is a European pioneer in maritime surveillance via radio frequency from space, operating a constellation of 23 satellites capable of detecting, geolocating, and characterizing ships emitting radio frequency signals. Founded in 2015 in Rennes by three space-passionate brothers, the company now employs 140 people and is expanding operations. You will join as a Supply Chain Engineer, reporting to the Head of Procurement/Supply Chain and working operationally across projects. Your role spans procurement, scheduling, and planning across a multidisciplinary scope. Key responsibilities: Procurement: Develop sourcing strategies aligned with supplier panels and project requirements in coordination with procurement. Support the Engineering team during obsolescence alerts and establish safety stock as needed. Issue Purchase Requests (DA) and track deliveries through receipt. Monitor critical and strategic suppliers with the procurement team. Organize and participate in supplier qualification activities (FAI) on-site. Contribute to supplier evaluations and audits. Scheduling: Establish processes for inbound and outbound production line flows. Launch and track manufacturing orders (OF). Trigger and analyze Net Requirement Calculations (CBN). Analyze project stock value and excess inventory at project close. Participate in biannual inventory counts. Planning: Implement robust planning processes. Manage correct parameterization of project nomenclature in the ERP. Plan and update project data within the ERP. Conduct regular touchpoints with project teams. Participate in decision-making forums for project changes (Change Control Board). Shipping: Prepare and ensure compliance of shipping documentation. You will own bi-monthly project reporting and serve as the primary point of contact for all supply chain questions. The role combines operational execution with analytical work, requiring you to actively contribute to service structuring by proposing process improvements and providing perspective on existing practices. Requirements: - Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+5) - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role and/or as a Master Planner - Proficiency with computer tools, particularly Excel and ERP systems (ideally SAGE X3) - Ability to thrive in a structuring/growing environment - Knowledge of the electronics industry - Professional English proficiency (written and oral) - Strong organizational and analytical skills - Autonomy and proactive mindset - Cross-functional collaboration and leadership capability
