Mistral is seeking an Infrastructure Solution Architect to drive adoption and scaling of cutting-edge AI solutions across enterprise clients. This is a purely individual contributor role based in London with 30-60% travel to client sites.
You will serve as a technical catalyst at the intersection of innovation and business impact, guiding enterprises in integrating generative AI solutions into their operations. Working closely with product, science, and sales teams, you'll tackle complex business problems with AI, delivering measurable outcomes and strategic advantages.
Key responsibilities include:
**Technical Discovery & Sales Support**: Execute effective technical discovery to understand client needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives. Identify and qualify opportunities where Mistral solutions unlock maximum value. Influence evaluation criteria and control the evaluation process.
**Product Deployment**: Guide and support customers in deploying Mistral models and products into their infrastructure. Work closely with clients to deploy solutions according to specific requirements. Develop custom features as needed and relay feedback to product teams.
**Customer Onboarding**: Manage customer onboarding on Mistral products, providing guidance on deployment and integration. Ensure optimal production setup from GPU stack through infrastructure, backend, and frontend interfaces.
**Project Management**: Define and track success metrics for POCs. Operate as a program leader, leveraging internal Mistral teams (Applied Engineers) and customer-side teams to drive projects forward.
Required qualifications: degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; experience as DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect; proven experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production; fluency in Python; expertise with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); customer-facing experience; strong project and stakeholder management skills; foundational AI/ML/Data Science knowledge; ability to connect technology to business value.
