As a Senior Information Security Engineer, you will serve as the technical anchor of the company's internal security posture, responsible for deploying and managing enterprise-grade security infrastructure at scale.
Your core responsibilities include architectural ownership of security stacks (EDR, DLP, IAM, CASB, MDM) with deep integration and automation capabilities. You will lead the charge on AI Security, implementing controls to secure AI-driven workflows and protect against emerging threats like data leakage and prompt injection attacks. You'll build high-fidelity detections and guardrails aligned with real-world attack techniques, and partner cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, and DevOps to ensure security controls are frictionless and automated.
You bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in InfoSec Engineering or SecOps within high-growth, cloud-native environments. AI Security expertise is required—you have practical experience securing AI adoption and leveraging AI-driven platforms to scale defensive capabilities. You possess expert-level knowledge of endpoint security (macOS/Linux), SaaS ecosystems, and Identity platforms (Okta/OIDC). Advanced Python scripting skills are essential to automate manual work and build custom security integrations.
Beyond technical depth, you excel at strategic communication, translating complex technical risks into actionable business intelligence for diverse stakeholders. You foster strong partnerships with R&D and DevOps teams, championing Secure-by-Design principles without creating administrative friction. You maintain composure during high-stakes incidents, applying rigorous prioritization and risk-based analysis. You balance theoretical security ideals with the functional requirements of a high-velocity, global financial infrastructure.
