AEVEX Aerospace seeks an experienced Infor LN Engineer/Developer to join the Business Systems team. This hybrid role (based in Tampa, FL with 10–20% travel to AEVEX facilities for go-lives, workshops, and team events) focuses on designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within Infor LN / CloudSuite Aerospace & Defense ERP deployed on AWS GovCloud.
Key responsibilities include:
**Technical Development:** Design and develop customizations, extensions, and configurations using LN Tools (4GL/BL programming, forms, sessions, reports, DALs). Build and maintain integrations between Infor LN and enterprise applications (Unanet, Blackline, Salesforce, UKG, Concur, Power BI) using Infor ION, ION API, and BODs. Translate business objectives into LN process designs and application architecture. Lead cross-functional design sessions with technical and finance/accounting teams. Define data governance and KPIs; develop and optimize data flows, APIs, and middleware configurations within Infor OS platform (ION, Data Lake, Compass). Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; perform unit, integration, and UAT testing.
**Functional Support:** Demonstrate understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, MRP, logistics, and finance operations.
**System Administration & Support:** Manage development, test, and production environments within IRIS/GovCloud infrastructure. Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for LN-related incidents. Document all configurations and customizations per change management standards.
**Governance & Compliance:** Follow change management processes including documentation, peer review, and controlled promotion. Ensure compliance with data governance policy, data classification standards, and security requirements (NIST 800-171, CMMC, ITAR, SOX). Participate in SOC/SOX compliance activities.
**Collaboration:** Partner with functional analysts, Data Stewards, and business stakeholders. Collaborate with Data & AI CoE on data products, reporting pipelines, and analytics. Work with external partners for escalated support.
Required qualifications: Strong proficiency in LN Tools (4GL/BL programming, forms, sessions, DALs, LN cloud, reports). Solid SQL skills (SQL Server or Oracle). Understanding of ERP lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with discrete manufacturing or A&D business processes preferred. Must be able to work occasional hours outside standard business for production deployments and critical incident resolution.
