Amca is rebuilding America's industrial base for advanced aerospace and defense manufacturing. The company operates seven factories nationwide and produces critical avionics, hydraulic, and electrical components for military aircraft (F-35, F-16, F/A-18), commercial jets (737MAX, 787, A320neo, A321), and military vehicles (Mk-48, M1 Abrams).
The Industry Solutions Analyst role sits at the intersection of the executive team, customers, and investors. This position requires someone who can translate dense technical and financial subjects into clear, compelling proposals, decks, and briefings that withstand scrutiny across multiple audiences.
Key responsibilities include owning government proposal development end-to-end: reading and interpreting RFPs/RFIs, building compliant responses, coordinating inputs from engineering, program management, and finance, and managing proposal schedules and submission deadlines. You will build presentation materials for government agencies, customers, investors, and internal teams. You will also draft written material for the executive team, including memos, briefs, updates, internal educational content explaining the business and its markets, and one-off narratives and talking points.
The role demands strong writing and critical thinking skills with the ability to shift between formal government submissions and plain-language explanations. You must understand engineering concepts and financial details well enough to translate them accurately for non-specialist audiences. Proficiency in slide design is essential—the ability to create polished, custom decks rather than templated presentations. You will manage multiple high-stakes deliverables simultaneously on tight timelines.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; two or more years in proposal, consulting, corporate strategy, engineering, or executive-support roles producing customer-facing or investor-facing material; familiarity with government proposal processes; strong organizational and deadline-management skills.
