As an Implementation Specialist for AI Phone Assistant at Doctolib, you will guide medical practices and hospitals through the technical deployment of our AI-powered phone assistant solution. You will configure the system, manage data migrations, and ensure customers can reliably use the phone assistant in their daily operations. Within your first six months, you will independently manage onboardings, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee technical implementation of the AI phone assistant at medical practices and hospitals
- Verify technical prerequisites, configure the solution, and ensure successful deployment
- Coordinate data migrations from external practice management systems and validate data quality and completeness
- Conduct technical discussions with practices, IT contacts, and internal teams, explaining complex topics clearly
- Document technical solutions, develop training materials, and automate recurring tasks
You will work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the Berlin office) on a full-time, permanent basis, starting immediately.
Requirements:
- First experience in technical onboarding, technical implementation, IT support, Technical Customer Success, or comparable role
- Good understanding of APIs, IT infrastructure, networks, and VPNs
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
- German language proficiency at C1 level minimum; English at B2 level minimum
- Ability to analyze technical problems systematically and develop pragmatic solutions independently
Nice-to-Have:
- Programming experience with JavaScript and/or Python
- SQL database experience
- Knowledge of practice management systems, hospital information systems, or EHR systems
- Experience with SaaS solutions, technical implementations, or AI tools
- Experience creating training materials or process automation
