Datadog's Implementation Services team helps customers deploy and implement the Datadog observability platform quickly and effectively. As an Implementation Services Project Manager, you will guide multiple customer implementations from discovery through launch, ensuring successful platform adoption and exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for designing and managing project planning and delivery across multiple concurrent implementation engagements. This includes managing timelines, deliverables, and overall project health to minimize risk and ensure on-time, successful completion. You'll partner with Implementation Services leadership to improve the team's project management approach, documentation, and processes. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. You bring 7+ years of technical project or program management experience, including planning, scheduling, and reporting. You have 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a services or success role. You're an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. Experience with DevOps services and technologies is required. The role requires regular travel to client sites within your region and potentially other regions, using various modes of transportation.
