Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 / annual
Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences, is hiring an Implementation Project Manager for Ostro, a specialized division focused on AI-driven brand engagement in healthcare. You will own complex software implementations from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary bridge between internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) and external clients to ensure successful, on-time launches on 6-12 week timelines.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end software implementation projects with concurrent portfolio management of 5-10 SaaS implementations, using critical path analysis and risk management to maintain schedules. You will proactively identify project risks and propose alternative solutions, configure client applications using a no-code flow builder, conduct quality assurance testing prior to release, and prepare annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions. Strong client advisory skills are essential—you'll maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the implementation lifecycle to guide clients through successful launches and troubleshoot issues.
Required qualifications: 2-4 years of experience managing concurrent SaaS implementations with demonstrated portfolio management and risk mitigation expertise. Strong communication and organizational skills to guide clients through onboarding, manage stakeholders, and resolve issues. Technical comfort with SaaS platforms and one-way system integrations.
Nice-to-have qualifications include PMP certification or equivalent, experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions in pharma or life sciences, healthcare technology or marketing agency background, and experience mentoring junior project managers.
