Salary: USD 70,000 - 82,000 / annual
ButterflyMX is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and installers throughout the hardware installation and software implementation process. The role bridges Sales and Client Success, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, maintain profitability, and deliver customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating all stakeholders (installers, sales, CSMs, technical teams, finance) throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Validating deal data and maintaining accurate project tracking records in the CRM system
- Forecasting project completion timeframes and prioritizing work queues
- Coordinating hardware installation and software implementation with internal and external installers
- Managing schedules, activities, and communications with customers and installers
- Handling invoicing requests and validating billing/payment inquiries
- Facilitating smooth handoffs from Sales to Client Success teams
- Staying informed on inventory and material tracking for projects

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role (project management, customer success, support, or project coordination)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- High level of accountability and exceptional documentation/communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering results and working toward targets
- Prior experience with email platforms and Salesforce (SFDC)
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in professional and personal settings (critical for this AI-forward organization)
