Salary: USD 70,000 - 82,000 / annual
ButterflyMX is a property access and operations platform installed in 20,000+ multifamily, commercial, gated, and student-housing properties worldwide. The company enables developers, owners, property managers, and tenants to automate access control, operations, and security from a single cloud platform.
As Implementation Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and installers throughout the implementation lifecycle, from contract signature through project completion and handoff to Client Success. You will coordinate hardware installation and software implementation, manage project timelines, maintain quality standards, protect profit margins, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as primary customer contact and coordinate stakeholders across teams (installers, sales, CSMs, technical teams, finance)
- Validate deal data and maintain accurate project tracking in the CRM system
- Forecast project completion timeframes and prioritize work queues
- Coordinate hardware installation and software implementation with internal and external installers
- Manage schedules, activities, and communications with customers and installers
- Handle invoicing requests and billing/payment inquiries
- Monitor inventory and material tracking for projects
- Facilitate smooth handoffs between Sales and Client Success teams
The role is fully remote within the US and offers a collaborative, AI-forward culture with a distributed team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role (project management, customer success, support, or project coordination)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets
- Prior experience with email platforms and Salesforce (SFDC)
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools in professional and personal settings (ButterflyMX is AI-forward and AI optimization is crucial)
