As Implementation Project Manager for APAC, you will own end-to-end delivery of customer implementations, including new customer onboarding and rollouts of new products or capabilities. You are accountable for project governance, timelines, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and go-live readiness, ensuring implementations are delivered predictably, efficiently, and with high quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own delivery of customer implementations from pre-kickoff handoff through go-live
- Manage project governance, timelines, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate across internal teams (Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product) and customer stakeholders
- Ensure go-live readiness and successful adoption
- Work with Account Executives on scope confirmation and value proposition handoff
- Drive predictable, efficient, high-quality implementation delivery
You will work closely with Customer Success Managers on adoption and value realization, Solution Consultants on solution design and integrations, Product teams on new capability discovery, and customer stakeholders including program owners, IT, and operations teams. This role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-facing communication skills.
