Komodo Health is seeking an Implementation Operations Engineer to support the evolution of their technical delivery organization as it becomes AI-enabled. The role sits within the Implementation Operations team, which owns customer implementations, recurring data refreshes, production deliveries, and technical onboarding.
You will independently manage customer implementations and recurring deliveries while building expertise in Marmot (Komodo's AI solution), AI-enabled workflows, automation, and modern technical delivery. This is not a Marmot-only role; it is a core Implementation Operations position with a strong AI component.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end implementation operations: customer onboarding, recurring data deliveries, production workflows, and operational support
- Support AI-enabled implementations and onboarding by partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Quality, Customer Success, and Technical Engagement teams
- Execute and validate production deliveries while maintaining high standards for data quality, timeliness, documentation, and customer impact
- Use GenAI tools and AI capabilities to improve productivity, accelerate technical workflows, and identify operational improvements
- Drive automation, documentation, and process improvements to make implementation operations more scalable and reliable
- Contribute to AI and Implementation Operations playbooks and repeatable operating processes
Required qualifications:
- Strong SQL and data fundamentals with ability to investigate data, validate outputs, and troubleshoot delivery workflows
- Curiosity and aptitude to learn AI technologies and AI-enabled implementation workflows
- Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, or modern data ecosystems
- Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical partners
- Comfort working through ambiguity, learning new systems, and taking initiative to solve problems
The role expects thoughtful use of GenAI tools to accelerate research, troubleshooting, documentation, coding, and workflow analysis, with appropriate judgment and validation when applying AI to customer and operational workflows.
