Inforcer is a cybersecurity SaaS company that provides MSPs with tools to manage Microsoft Security policies across multiple tenants. We are seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customers through their implementation journey, ensuring smooth transitions from kick-off to adoption.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer implementation experience. You'll coordinate implementation activities, facilitate technical workshops and training sessions, and support customer onboarding and enablement. You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes and exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during implementation
- Support internal technical training to enhance team skills
- Host and co-host client-facing webinars on the Inforcer platform and related topics
- Deliver multiple implementation sessions, managing projects and client communications
- Lead and manage bespoke implementations for larger clients, including project planning with key teams to ensure clients reach milestones
- Proactively create and update documentation, including video content for internal and customer-facing training
- Deliver platform training and technical sessions in both virtual and in-person group settings
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet expectations
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout and after implementation
- Help drive improvements to onboarding processes and overall client experience

Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as an Implementation Manager or in a similar customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or project delivery role
- Experience managing projects or supporting customers through structured implementation journeys, ensuring milestones, timelines, and goals are achieved
- Strong project management skills with ability to plan, coordinate, prioritize, and drive outcomes across multiple implementations simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Previous experience with technical implementations, particularly Modern Workplace, M365 delivery, SaaS platforms, or similar technologies
- Proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Self-starter mentality with ability to make impact quickly and drive accountability
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
- Expanding Microsoft knowledge and completing SC-900 certification preferred
