Mollie is a European payments and money management platform serving 250,000+ businesses across 14+ locations. This is a newly formed and expanding function. You will own the post-sales integration phase for Mollie's largest and most complex deals, taking full responsibility from contract signature through go-live and handover. You'll act as the central point of contact for merchants and all internal Mollie teams involved, setting out activities, owners, and timelines needed to get each implementation live. Key responsibilities include: - Own the post-sales integration phase for complex deals, from handover through testing to go-live - Run kickoffs with internal and external stakeholders, setting go-live dates and keeping progress on track - Organize and track testing, raising issues and feedback as they surface - Coordinate across sales, product, engineering, and merchants to keep everyone aligned - Keep agreed go-live dates on track, as delays impact revenue - Maintain documentation and playbooks that make delivery predictable and scalable - Coordinate closely with sales, sales engineering, onboarding, compliance, product, and other teams to resolve issues - Use technical understanding to assess merchant problems, work through documentation, and route issues appropriately - Keep merchants, digital agencies, and internal stakeholders informed with regular updates - Monitor progress against agreed timelines and act early when at risk You'll have genuine influence over how the role and its processes take shape, working closely with a flat, collaborative team where good practice is shared regardless of hierarchy. Requirements: - At least 3 years of relevant experience in implementation, project management, onboarding, delivery, or similar customer-facing role - Proven experience managing complex implementations from contract signature through go-live and handover - Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical documentation, with ability to investigate implementation issues and work with technical teams - Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including managing timelines, blockers, dependencies, and multiple internal and external stakeholders - Structured, proactive, and pragmatic approach with strong ownership and confidence to challenge when needed - Excellent communication skills in English - Experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce is a plus
