Rebar is building an AI-native operating system for commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing suppliers and subcontractors. The company has scaled to 500+ quotes per day, doubled annual recurring revenue in the first six weeks of 2026, and just closed a $14M Series A. You'll join the Client Success team to own the implementation and onboarding motion as the company scales. In this role, you'll own the full client onboarding lifecycle, from kickoff through hands-on training and early-stage success. You'll run in-person onboarding sessions, virtual demos, and training workshops. You'll build repeatable playbooks, processes, and materials that define Rebar's customer experience. You'll travel on-site (up to 50% of the time) to troubleshoot adoption blockers, gather customer feedback, and feed insights directly to the founders and product team. You'll maintain the CRM and ticketing systems, respond to inbound support questions via email, messaging, and video calls, and create internal and client-facing documentation grounded in real HVAC and construction workflows. You'll also develop product demos, training materials, and tutorials that make complex features accessible to both technical and non-technical users. You'll collaborate closely with the Founders, Sales, and Engineering teams to champion the client perspective and influence the product roadmap. This is an opportunity to build the CS playbook from the ground up at a company tackling a $250B industry that remains largely untouched by modern software. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years in a technical or operational role within the Commercial HVAC/Mechanical industry (e.g., Estimating, Project Management, or MEP Design) - HVAC industry familiarity (required) - Strong project-management skills; ability to build processes from scratch and hit deadlines - Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for any audience - Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of each month) - Must be located in South Central US or Pacific timezone BONUS: - Experience creating training content (videos, docs, workshops) - Proven track record of in-person rollouts and trainings
