Rippling is a unified platform for HR, IT, and Finance that consolidates workforce systems—payroll, expenses, benefits, computers, and third-party integrations—into a single system. The company has raised $1.4B+ from top-tier investors and is based in San Francisco. You will join Rippling's Global Implementation team as a foundational member, serving as an individual contributor (IC) who partners directly with customers across various segments to implement and drive adoption of Rippling's global products. This role is essential to Rippling's customer success strategy. Key responsibilities: - Become a Rippling expert within 60 days, serving as a go-to resource for customers and internal colleagues within 90 days - Own the successful launch of Global Employee Management Platform implementations for assigned clients - Drive customer timelines and adoption by understanding use cases and aligning them to Rippling best practices - Partner with customers and internal teams (Customer Experience, R&D) to provide domain expertise and improve processes - Manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail - Develop and document implementation processes and best practices - Navigate complex stakeholder environments across IT, Operations, HR, Finance, and executive leadership - Proactively identify and resolve internal and external blockers You will work autonomously with strong project management discipline, combining deep domain knowledge with product expertise and a commitment to exceptional customer experience. Rippling values in-office collaboration; employees within a defined radius of the Dublin office are expected to work on-site at least three days per week. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years' experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles within HR, Payroll, or Accounting - Proficient in English and German (written and verbal communication) - Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in fast-paced environments - Strong customer-facing skills with commitment to excellent customer experience - Creative problem-solving: relentless in searching documentation, asking questions, and understanding customer needs - Ability to confidently navigate multiple external stakeholders from executives to front-line staff - Comfortable working autonomously with strong prioritization and blocker-identification skills - Proven ability to tackle challenges proactively with a can-do attitude Bonus qualifications: - Experience with HR, Payroll, or Accounting domain or software - Proficiency with JIRA, Salesforce, G Suite, Outreach, or Mac computers
