Rippling is a unified HR, IT, and Finance platform that consolidates workforce systems—payroll, expenses, benefits, computers, and third-party app integrations—into a single system. The company has raised $1.4B+ from top-tier investors and is headquartered in San Francisco.
You will join Rippling's Global Implementation team as a foundational member, working as an individual contributor (IC) to implement and drive adoption of Rippling's global products with customers across various segments. Implementation is a key differentiator for Rippling, and you will leverage deep domain expertise combined with comprehensive knowledge of Rippling's global products to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become a Rippling expert within 60 days and a go-to resource for internal colleagues within 90 days
- Partner 1x1 with an evolving set of clients to own successful launches of their Global Employee Management Platform implementations
- Drive customer timelines and adoption by understanding use cases and aligning them to Rippling best practices
- Provide domain expertise to customers and internal Rippling peers
- Develop and document implementation processes and best practices
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and R&D teams to improve processes and products
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
- Navigate multiple external stakeholders ranging from executives to front-line staff across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance
The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid office model requiring 3 days per week in the office.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles within HR, Payroll, or Accounting
- Proficient in English and German, French, or Dutch (written and verbal communication)
- Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in fast-paced environments
- Strong customer interaction skills and commitment to delivering great customer experience
- Creative problem-solving approach with relentless attention to detail
- Ability to confidently navigate multiple external stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Comfortable working autonomously with strong prioritization and blocker-identification skills
- Proven ability to proactively tackle challenges with a can-do attitude
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience with HR, Payroll, or Accounting domain or software
- Proficiency with JIRA, Salesforce, G Suite, Outreach, or Mac computers
