AlphaSense is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the Customer Success team and lead onboarding and rollout programs for enterprise clients in the EMEA region. You will be the first hire on this team in EMEA, shaping how onboarding programs operate for the company's largest clients in the region.
In this role, you will own the complete onboarding journey from pre-sale handoff through the first 90 days of adoption. You will serve as a primary point of contact for rollouts, leading regular status meetings and coordinating resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Your responsibilities include tracking adoption signals (time to first login, user retention, platform utilization), analyzing trends and bottlenecks, and translating data into actionable insights for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
You will partner with Sales before close to shape rollout plans, then hand off accounts to Account Managers and Customer Success Managers with a maintenance plan after approximately 90 days. A key part of your role is identifying operational inefficiencies, documenting best practices, and building scalable processes to improve the onboarding experience for future clients. You will also develop deep understanding of the product, customer personas, investment rationale, and how these map to the customer lifecycle.
You will work closely with the existing US-based team and with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers in EMEA, coordinating the work that moves newly signed clients from purchase to sustained usage at scale.

- Experience with change management practices that help client organizations adopt new tools post-purchase
- Ability to see programs through to completion and manage tasks; familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane) and CRM software (Salesforce) is required
- Ability to work with adoption data, read signals such as time to first login and platform utilization, understand key trends, and develop internal and external reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation)
- Interest in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving organizational change through scalable processes and documentation
- Strong communication skills to work with senior client stakeholders (managing directors, partners) and ensure internal team alignment
