Sedna is an AI-powered platform revolutionizing global trade and maritime commerce, making international business more efficient, transparent, and sustainable. As an Implementation Manager (Delivery Manager) within the Customer Operations team, you will lead enterprise-level implementation projects that align technical delivery with customer value realization.
You will plan, lead, and manage multiple simultaneous customer implementations (up to 12 at any time), driving project delivery to meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your responsibilities include balancing competing priorities across projects, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating cross-functional teams (development, QA, customer operations), and ensuring customers maximize their Sedna investment. You will also identify expansion opportunities during implementations and support sales efforts.
This role emphasizes project excellence and governance. You will establish frameworks that guide projects from initiation through completion, facilitate clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive documentation and quality standards. You report to the Head of Delivery and are an integral part of the London-based Customer Operations team.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong initiative, excellent project management methodologies, and proven stakeholder management in global organizations. Maritime industry experience is a distinct advantage and priority, though not strictly required if you bring strong leadership and transformation delivery skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid SaaS implementation experience leading complex onboardings
- Proven experience in a similar delivery/implementation environment
- Experience from consulting or similar roles in organizations with a global client base
- Demonstrated ability to manage and direct up to 12 simultaneous customer implementations
- Comprehensive experience leading complex implementation projects
- Excellent project management methodologies and stakeholder management skills
- Maritime industry experience preferred but not essential; leadership qualities and ability to drive successful transformations are essential
