Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, builds an AI-enabled platform that transforms siloed data into operational intelligence for public safety organizations, government agencies, and enterprises. The platform currently serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, reaching over 125 million people.
As Implementation Manager, you will own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for a portfolio of public safety customers. Your core responsibility is driving timely, successful platform launches from kickoff through go-live. You will direct AI agents to execute integrations, configure data models and ontologies, and translate customer requirements into high-quality agent inputs with rigorous validation.
Key responsibilities include: managing the full deployment lifecycle (network connectivity, data integration, QA, permissions, training, go-live); coordinating with Peregrine's infrastructure and engineering teams while engaging directly with customer IT stakeholders; facilitating virtual kickoffs to align stakeholders and establish project cadence; running lean QA and training sessions that empower customer teams toward self-sufficiency; managing permissions configuration end-to-end; maintaining rigorous task management across concurrent deployments; and identifying patterns to refine agent prompts and improve deployment playbooks.
Success means deployments achieve measurable improvements in speed-to-value and user adoption; customer POCs become independent with self-service tools; blockers surface and resolve within hours; and your agent prompts and playbooks improve measurably over time.
You are a relentless project manager with precision tracking across portfolios. You're fluent in data systems language—understanding credentials, data connectivity, and how to diagnose integration issues—without necessarily being a data engineer. You navigate complex organizations skillfully, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly in writing and live sessions, defaulting to structured asynchronous communication. You're genuinely curious about AI tooling and will be among the first at Peregrine managing deployments primarily through agents. You're a thoughtful trainer who distinguishes between truly self-sufficient customers and those who merely think they are.
