Exiger is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead strategic, client-facing deployments of its AI-powered supply chain risk management platform. The role combines technical expertise with client partnership, requiring you to guide enterprise clients through onboarding, configuration, and go-live processes for complex SaaS implementations.
You will serve as a subject matter expert in supply chain risk management, translating client objectives into actionable implementation strategies. Key responsibilities include leading large enterprise deployments across industries, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Client Services teams, and developing supply chain risk frameworks aligned with client compliance, resilience, and ESG goals.
The role involves supporting and mentoring team members, fostering professional growth, and documenting processes to streamline future implementations. You'll act as a feedback loop between clients and internal teams, informing platform enhancements based on real-world use cases.
Required qualifications include 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process optimization, and enterprise technology implementation. You should have proven success with data-driven risk management, supplier onboarding, and lifecycle management. Experience managing complex, cross-functional implementations with external stakeholders in high-stakes environments is essential. Familiarity with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, SAP, ERP systems) and project management tools is required. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA, supply chain certification (APICS, CSCP), or engineering background is a strong plus.
