Stampli is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead customers through successful onboarding and implementation of their AI-powered financial operations platform. In this hands-on, consultative role, you will own implementations end-to-end—from kickoff through go-live—ensuring customers achieve long-term success with their ERP and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
You will conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer business processes and AP workflows, then design future-state solutions aligned to Stampli best practices. You'll configure the platform to support customer workflows, proactively identify and resolve risks and dependencies, and maintain ownership through post-launch stabilization. A key part of the role is confidently recommending best practices, even when they differ from a customer's current approach, and helping customers understand the reasoning behind implementation decisions to drive adoption.
You will manage multiple stakeholders across accounting, IT, and leadership teams, leading customer meetings with clarity and structure. You'll partner closely with internal teams—Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success—to surface recurring implementation challenges and product gaps. Success is measured by implementation quality, customer adoption at go-live, and your ability to navigate complexity with confidence.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of post-sales implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience in B2B SaaS or consulting. You should have hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, or similar), strong project management discipline, and a consultative mindset that balances customer needs with product capabilities and best practices. Excellent communication skills, comfort in ambiguous fast-moving environments, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are essential.
