Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 / annual
Litify, a Salesforce-based platform for law firms, is hiring an Implementation Consultant to join the growing Services team. You will own the hands-on implementation cycle for client onboarding, ensuring smooth go-lives and long-term success on the Litify platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the technical implementation and configuration of Litify (Salesforce) for law firm clients
- Partner with Engagement/Project Managers and cross-functional services teams to discover, design, build, test, and deploy solutions
- Conduct requirements gathering and present technical designs to both clients and internal peers
- Configure Salesforce components including users, profiles, roles, automation flows, reports, dashboards, and custom fields
- Execute data migrations from various sources (CSV, SOQL, legacy systems) using tools like Apex Data Loader
- Install and configure AppExchange applications as needed
- Mentor team members and share best practices across the services organization
- Engage directly with law firm clients on regular calls and project interactions
Required qualifications:
- 1–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience as an Administrator or Consultant
- 1+ years of Salesforce Automation expertise, with strong proficiency in Flows (record-triggered, collections, loops) and third-party Lightning components
- Demonstrated experience setting up users, profiles, and roles
- Proven ability to conduct data migrations and configure reports/dashboards
- Click Development experience (custom fields, page layouts, flows)
- Experience installing and configuring AppExchange applications
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Self-starter mentality with autonomy and drive
Nice-to-haves: legal industry exposure, bachelor's degree, Salesforce certifications (ADM-201, DEV-401).
