As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the primary expert guiding clients through the implementation and adoption of Employment Hero's all-in-one HR, payroll, and benefits platform. You will work directly with HR and payroll teams to ensure successful platform transitions, serving as a key contact point during training and implementation phases. Key responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and delivering payroll and HR implementation workshop content to multiple clients based on best practices - Delivering training to clients on payroll and HR implementations - Working with clients to understand their unique needs, configure the software, and troubleshoot issues - Managing a portfolio of clients concurrently to ensure successful implementation journeys - Educating clients on best practices using the Employment Hero and KeyPay platforms - Responding to customer communications and queries within SLA - Building strong relationships with Customer Experience (CX) team members and external teams - Creating and maintaining learning content to support product adoption - Ensuring data accuracy in business management systems (sales, support, project management, time tracking) - Driving continuous improvement initiatives and reviewing delivery processes - Providing subject-matter expert guidance to other team members as needed You will operate in a remote-first environment with autonomy to own your work and make decisions from day one. The role emphasizes high performance, asynchronous communication, and leveraging AI tools to amplify your expertise. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–5 years of training experience, both client-facing and processing - Payroll or HR implementations experience required to understand the complexities and nuances of an implementation journey - Knowledge of current UK legislative payroll requirements - Ability to create and maintain learning content to support new products and implementations - Excellent communication skills for client engagement and customer service - Stakeholder management skills with both internal and external teams - Strong time management and ability to manage a challenging workload - Scheduling management skills to effectively manage a high-volume project portfolio - Ability to embody Employment Hero's values: Mission First, Remote First, AI First, High Performance
