Salary: USD 59,000 - 94,700 / annual
ServiceTitan is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to serve as a process and workflow-focused point of contact for customers during their 5-week implementation program. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customers successfully go live on schedule while managing project risks and maintaining strong relationships throughout the onboarding journey.
Key responsibilities include preparing and managing project management materials, conducting live working sessions to demonstrate best practices and critical features, hosting office hours and 1:1 meetings with assigned customer cohorts, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan and integrated applications. You'll be the primary driver keeping customers on track, managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously, and ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
You should have at least 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the home service industry or with ServiceTitan software. Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills are essential, along with exceptional project management abilities and customer relationship expertise. Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus.
