As Implementation Consultant for EMEA, you will be the founding member of Fieldguide's international implementation function, reporting to the Director of Implementation. You will own the customer onboarding experience for new EMEA clients, delivering Fieldguide's best-in-class Accelerator program designed to maximize ROI and time-to-value.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining trust with customers through structured engagement cadences from sales handoff through value realization; creating and executing implementation plans aligned with customer goals; identifying and cultivating customer champions; serving as the primary customer advocate internally, bridging customer needs to Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, and Sales teams; proactively identifying and mitigating adoption risks; and documenting customer success through case studies, use cases, and measurable outcomes.
You will manage multiple concurrent customer implementations with minimal direct oversight, balancing competing priorities while maintaining executive-level communication and influence across both customer and internal stakeholders.
Required qualifications: 2+ years delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, NIST assessments), OR 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup. You must demonstrate strong project management skills, executive presence, bias toward action, and proven ability to drive business value as a trusted advisor to complex organizations.
