Salary: EUR 45,000 - 80,000 / annual

In this Implementation Consultant role, you will play a pivotal role in the success of commercial implementation projects for Vault CRM and connected products. You'll work directly with top pharma organizations, designing and building solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Veeva Solutions: Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects, autonomously covering assigned roles such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect, or project manager. You'll take different roles on different projects based on project needs.
- Configure and Customize: Get hands-on with Vault CRM, configuring and customizing solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
- Lead Client Engagements: Take ownership of client-facing activities, including leading workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions. Guide clients through the implementation process from initial design to final delivery.
- Provide Expert Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting optimization and harmonization of their business processes. Translate complex requirements into scalable solution designs.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
- Strong presentation skills
- Able to travel approximately 20%
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with global scope projects or international teams
- Salesforce.com certification and implementation experience
- Veeva certification and implementation experience
- Experience with software from other vendors (IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, etc.)
- Additional European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian)
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or adjacent industries
