Join Distro's HR technology and benefits team as a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits. In this client-facing role, you will lead end-to-end benefits implementations for new clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead new client benefit implementations from start to finish
- Serve as the primary client contact during implementation phases
- Configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and carrier integrations
- Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Sales, HR, and Operations teams
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and support successful go-lives
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
You will work with HRIS/HCM platforms to configure complex benefits structures, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver seamless client experiences during critical onboarding windows. This role requires strong project management discipline, technical acumen with benefits administration systems, and excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and coordinate across internal teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of benefits implementation or benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance requirements
- Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (PrismHR preferred)
- Excellent client-facing and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
PREFERRED:
- PrismHR platform experience
- PEO, payroll, or HR technology background
- Professional certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP, CPP, or similar
