Salary: USD 59,000 - 94,700 / annual
ServiceTitan is seeking an Implementation Consultant to serve as a process and workflow-focused point of contact for customers during their 5-week implementation program. You will be responsible for preparing, updating, and managing project management materials while keeping customers on track to go-live within their agreed-upon schedule. Your role involves managing various forms of risk that could prevent timely go-live, conducting live working sessions to demonstrate best practices and critical features, hosting open office hours and 1:1 meetings with your assigned customer cohort, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to ServiceTitan and integrated applications.
This is a customer-success-oriented role within a SaaS company serving the home services industry. You'll work closely with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and successful product adoption, balancing multiple moving pieces while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred, or home services industry knowledge and experience
- Critical thinking skills with experience troubleshooting software issues
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
- Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Exceptional customer relationship skills and clear understanding of excellent customer service
- Familiarity with SaaS business models is a plus
