MaintainX is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support customer implementations of its AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform. The company serves 13,000+ customers including Duracell, Shell, Cintas, and Brenntag, and recently raised $150M in Series D funding, bringing total funding to $254M. In this customer-facing role, you will lead mid-market customers through successful implementations by configuring the MaintainX platform, managing data migration, gathering business requirements, and troubleshooting technical issues throughout onboarding. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments, drive platform adoption, and translate maintenance and operational processes into effective workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading mid-market customers through successful implementations
- Owning implementation tasks such as data structuring, data migration, and product training
- Assisting customers in identifying ways to maximize product value
- Leading meetings with client stakeholders
- Delivering formal training to end-users
- Providing knowledge transfer to internal team members
- Tracking and communicating client issues while proactively troubleshooting and resolving problems
- Managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones simultaneously
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or application engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing and/or industrial space
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data cleanup, validation, manipulation, and advanced functions (XLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
- Technical aptitude and capacity to become proficient in MaintainX software within 30 days
