As an Implementation Analyst, you will be a core member of the go-to-market team, reporting to the Director of Implementation. This is a hands-on role designed as a launchpad into implementation consulting, with clear growth into an Implementation Consultant position as you build product expertise and client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configure customer environments (engagement templates, user roles, permissions) to ensure smooth onboarding and day-one success
- Own end-to-end data migration tasks including importing trial balances, control matrices, field mapping, and configuration validation
- Translate documented customer requirements into system configurations under senior team guidance, building expertise with each project
- Leverage AI-powered "vibe coding" agents to accelerate configuration, automate repetitive setup work, and prototype solutions
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure setups meet client specifications and internal best practices
- Support testing cycles, document issues clearly, and coordinate fixes with Support, Product, and Engineering teams
- Assist with go-live preparation including final reviews, documentation, and post-launch support
- Join customer calls alongside senior consultants to observe interactions and progressively take on direct client communication
You'll work in a fast-paced, client-facing SaaS environment managing multiple concurrent projects. The role offers front-row exposure to AI-driven transformation in the audit and advisory industry.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar roles at a top management consulting firm (preferred) or high-growth startup
- Demonstrated experience manipulating, transforming, and translating data between systems or formats
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially with repetitive or manual configuration tasks
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with AI agents, spreadsheets, structured data, and systems
- Ability to take ownership of assigned workstreams and drive them to completion, proactively flagging blockers
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to follow documented processes and ask clarifying questions
- Comfort in fast-paced, client-facing SaaS environments with concurrent projects
- Genuine interest in audit, risk advisory, or professional services (prior industry experience helpful but not required; curiosity and willingness to learn are what matter most)
- Team player with mission-first mindset and ability to work in a deeply trusting team environment
