Salary: CAD 60,000 - 75,000 / annual
Achievers is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join the Professional Services team. In this role, you will serve as the project lead for multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects, partnering with customers to design, build, and launch our employee recognition and rewards platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple implementation projects concurrently, managing scope, planning, and progress against timelines
- Conduct weekly meetings, manage deliverables and milestones, escalate risks and issues, and propose solutions to ensure on-time delivery
- Translate client needs into technical and functional requirements for the platform
- Execute projects rapidly within 2-4 month timeframes from end to end
- Develop and execute communication plans to support program implementation and user adoption
- Work cross-functionally with internal Achievers resources and external client resources to guide projects from concept to deployment
- Utilize tracking and reporting tools for project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity
- Liaise with developers and designers to enhance platform features as needed

Requirements:
- Experience in a software implementation role, preferably SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly execute multiple concurrent short-term projects
- Experience configuring and implementing software applications
- Experience managing and resolving risks and issues
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing strategies to ensure project delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences
- Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate collaborative solutions
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and drive
- Evidence of effective multi-tasking and ability to manage complex, tight project schedules
- University degree in a related field
