Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. Join the dedicated 3-person Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within the technology department to manage critical access and secure resources enterprise-wide.
In this hands-on operational role, you will own day-to-day IAM disciplines governing how colleagues access the systems they need. You'll work directly within IT Operations and the broader IAM function, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. Key responsibilities include running joiner, mover, and leaver processes; handling incoming access requests; administering privileged access; and supporting access reviews and audit evidence to maintain compliance.
You will quickly expand your scope into application onboarding, connecting new SaaS tools with Single Sign-On (SSO) and automated user provisioning (SCIM). Specific duties include managing IAM ticketing queues and approvals; partnering with HR Ops on employee and contractor lifecycle management; performing basic technical configurations for new platforms; collaborating with internal system owners and vendors to troubleshoot access issues and configure SAML integrations; administering elevated permissions with proper time-bounds and justification; governing group memberships and access roles; running periodic access reviews for audit readiness (SOC 2); investigating root causes of access challenges; and identifying repetitive tasks for automation using standards like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
You'll work cross-functionally with Security, HR Ops, Privacy, and IT in a transparent, collaborative environment leveraging state-of-the-art technology and AI investments. The role offers hands-on technical work with mentorship from senior team members on complex tasks.
