You will own the health and strategy of the HubSpot ecosystem across multiple brands as a system owner—not a support ticket queue. Working on-site in Denver, you'll partner directly with sales, retail, and marketing teams who depend on HubSpot daily. The role focuses on identifying and fixing systemic issues that quietly cost revenue, then building the routing, sequences, and customer communications that convert every entry point into a sale.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Finding and fixing what's broken:** Run proactive audits of workflows, sequences, enrollment triggers, deal stages, and integrations. Trace issues to root cause and resolve them permanently—e.g., triggers that skip returning contacts, duplicate records, automated junk deals, silent sync failures.
- **Multi-brand HubSpot architecture:** Manage HubSpot for multiple brands, some sharing one account and others on separate instances. Own the rules that keep brands cleanly separated (teams, owners, properties, pipelines, subscription types, contact ownership) and consistent across portals so reporting and outreach are accurate.
- **Data quality and governance:** Define property naming conventions, deduplication rules, and owner/team assignment so the numbers your teams are paid and managed on can be trusted.
- **First-line HubSpot support:** Provide same-day responses to requests from sales, retail, and marketing. Document fixes and train teams to prevent recurrence.
- **Integrations and reliability:** Maintain and QA integrations with Dialpad, Magento, data warehouse, and other systems. Catch sync issues before they reach reporting.
- **Entry point strategy:** Design how you handle customers based on their first touchpoint (swatch order, walk-in, appointment, phone call, chat, web form). Define routing, ownership, lifecycle stage, and follow-up so customers who arrive through multiple doors get one coherent experience.
- **Sequences and customer communications:** Build, QA, and continuously improve sequences and automated communications across the customer journey (new leads, swatch follow-up, post-appointment, quotes, sale events, re-engagement, post-purchase). Balance standardized programs with rep-owned outreach while enforcing send limits and suppression rules.
- **Performance monitoring:** Monitor sequence, workflow, and sales activity performance. Build dashboards for enrollment, reply and conversion rates, and pipeline visibility. Spot performance drops early and recommend changes.
- **Continuous improvement:** Build and launch new workflows and automation as initiatives evolve, translating business needs into scalable builds with minimal oversight. Keep stakeholders proactively updated on progress, blockers, and completed work. Stay current on HubSpot releases.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including Sales Hub workflows, sequences, custom properties, pipelines, and reporting, with high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience managing HubSpot across multiple brands, business units, or portals; ability to explain tradeoffs of shared versus separate accounts.
- Experience designing lead routing and lifecycle logic for customers arriving online, in-store, and by phone.
- Direct support of sales teams, including pipeline management and deal stage design; highly responsive to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to approach ambiguous problems by identifying what's broken and acting on it independently.
- Fast-moving, high ownership mentality with a strong personal bar for quality.
- Strong cross-team collaboration with a low-ego, no-drama approach.
**Bonus experience:**
- Marketing Hub administration
- E-commerce or telephony integrations (Magento, Dialpad)
- SQL and data warehouse syncs (Snowflake, Fivetran)
- Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted tools and willingness to adopt them (expertise not required).
