Octopus Energy's Energy Metering Germany GmbH is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to own and optimize their CRM infrastructure as they scale their smart metering and energy infrastructure operations.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the HubSpot platform and its integrations, ensuring data flows seamlessly across the organization. You will design and maintain workflows ranging from low-code/no-code solutions to complex custom coded actions using JavaScript or Python. You'll build, maintain, and optimize integrations between HubSpot and other tools in the tech stack, manage user access and permissions to balance security with usability, and keep existing HubSpot structures clean, maintainable, and performant.

Requirements:
- Solid experience with HubSpot or comparable CMS/CRM systems, with good understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and role/permission concepts
- Comfortable with low-code/no-code platforms (HubSpot, Zapier) and practical experience with JavaScript or Python, ideally with custom coded actions
- Structured, independent working style with ownership mentality for technical processes
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Django, Databricks, or Apache Airflow is a plus but not required
