The HR Operations Specialist will support HR operations across assigned European countries, managing employee lifecycle activities and serving as a key point of contact for clients and employees on day-to-day HR matters. Key responsibilities include: - Support HR operations across multiple assigned countries, managing onboarding and employee lifecycle activities - Serve as primary point of contact for clients and employees on HR matters - Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal processes across different jurisdictions - Identify potential risks and escalate complex issues appropriately - Deliver high-quality employee and client experience by resolving HR queries and supporting key employment events - Execute HR processes efficiently and accurately while contributing to continuous process improvements - Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners - Support reporting, audits, HR administration, and operational projects The role is based in a distributed team of 20+ HR operations professionals across Spain, Poland, Egypt, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Germany, and the UK. You'll work in a fast-paced, international environment balancing customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or similar client-facing HR role - Good working knowledge of employment law and HR practices - Ability to confidently manage onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations - Ability to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives in a fast-paced international environment - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills - Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) Bonus qualifications: - Experience in Employer of Record (EOR), global mobility, payroll, or international HR environments - Experience supporting multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions - Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement initiatives - Additional European language skills and knowledge of employment law
