Weave is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for India to provide strategic HR partnership to India and US-based leaders and employees. This role bridges global People strategy with the needs of Weave's India workforce, serving as a key stakeholder across the full employee lifecycle.
You will own multiple critical HR domains: serve as trusted strategic advisor to leaders, translating Weave's global people strategy into India-specific execution; own talent analytics and insights, turning attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement data into actionable recommendations; lead performance management and compensation cycles in India, partnering with Total Rewards on global frameworks while incorporating local market realities; manage employee relations proactively, coaching managers through difficult situations and resolving concerns fairly; own India's compliance and POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) landscape as the first line of risk detection; drive talent acquisition and onboarding strategy, partnering with recruiters and global TA; own India engagement initiatives and hold leaders accountable to execution; and conceptualize and execute India-specific programs, town halls, recognition events, and celebrations.
You will report to the Director of HRBPs & Employee Experience and work closely with People Team functional partners, Legal, and external compliance advisors. Rather than operating in isolation, you will connect leaders, employees, and People Team partners to drive effective outcomes. You will also serve as Weave's expert voice on the India employment landscape and employee experience, bringing local insight to strengthen culture company-wide. Some US hours will be required weekly.
