Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 / annual

Applecart is a technology platform that helps C-suite executives reach business-critical decision makers. The company uses publicly available data to map social relationships and enable clients to deliver targeted content to key stakeholders. Applecart serves hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, major agencies, nonprofits, and governments, and has grown 10X in bookings and 4X in headcount over the past three years while achieving cash flow positivity. You will serve as an HR Business Partner supporting Client Services, Business Development, and Operations teams. In this role, you'll act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and policy interpretation. You'll serve as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle, helping teams resolve workplace issues and improve performance. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as primary HR point of contact for employees and managers - Serving as a trusted advisor for performance management, employee relations, and coaching - Partnering with managers to connect people initiatives with team goals and support organizational change - Using HR metrics and trends to guide practices and inform decisions - Working with the broader People team to implement programs and improve employee experiences - Partnering with Talent Acquisition to accelerate hiring processes - Supporting ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives You'll work closely with the internal General Counsel and People team. This is a hybrid role: work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and in the NYC office Tuesday through Thursday. Requirements: - 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years of direct HRBP experience required - Experience in a high-growth startup, scaleup, or similar environment - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment - Effective communication and critical thinking skills - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Experience coaching line managers through performance management - Experience addressing concerns and resolving workplace conflicts - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong internal relationships - Excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive and confidential matters
